The NHS Immunisations Team will visit our school to administer the annual nasal flu vaccine. Electronic consent forms will be sent to parents before this date so please ensure that you complete the form to let the team know if you DO or DO NOT consent. There will also be contact details on the letter that will be sent if you have any questions for the immunisation team prior to their visit.
